Work with Maatbourg →WHAT WE DO
THE SITE IS MORE
THAN THE LEASE.
A willing landowner is a good start. But access rights, municipal process, neighbour concerns and foreseeable construction issues can still make a site the wrong choice. Maatbourg considers those questions early, before the client spends time advancing a weak candidate.

→LAND FOR INFRASTRUCTURE
Renewable energy sites. Land access. Local approvals.
Renewable energy projects need suitable land, workable access and a clear approval path. Maatbourg can screen prospective sites, engage property owners and coordinate land agreements and local approvals. The practice draws on municipal planning and telecommunications site-development experience.

KNOW THE MUNICIPAL
SIDE OF THE TABLE.
Before working in telecommunications development, Price spent 5+ years in municipal planning, including 4+ years as a development authority in Alberta. He later worked on landowner and approval files across Western Canada and Quebec. That experience matters when local practice, public opposition or an unusual site calls for more than a standard submission.
